Spacehawk-Class Heavy Fighter

The pilot manuevers the Spacehawk and controls the laser lances. The Sensors
Intercept Officer, or SIO, controls the Sensors, MFD, missle fire and
electronics.
The Spacehawk 50 ton heavy fighter is designed to give the Regency Navy Space
Superiority and keep Virus out of civilization. Capable of an astounding 7Gs
and carrying 10 standard space missles and 2, 750Mj Xray laser lances, the
Spacehawk is fast and deadly. The mandate of the Regency was a craft of 50
tons displacement that could both adequetly perform screening for fleet
elements as well as being able to perform long duration patrols.
The Spacehawk is cloaked from enemy observation by state of the art EM
Masking and possesses an 300,000km EMS Jammer. Possession of an integral
Radio Reciever along w/ 2, 1000AU Maser Comms and a backup 1000AU laser comm
ensure communications capability. Two TL-15 Model St Computers control the
craft . Detection and Fire Control Locks being vital to its mission, the
Spacehawk has a powerful 480,000km AEMS suite and a 5m fixed 90,000km PEMS as
well as a 300,000km LADAR.
Defense is not slighted either. With a hull of Bonded Superdense 3.214 cm
thick, the Spacehawk can shrug off enemy fire and close for the kill. Crew
comfort is provided by a standard Regency Small Stateroom (complete with
amenities).
