Rapier Class Escort Destroyer

I asked Dave Nilsen whether the ships in Battle Rider were designed with FF&S first and he said that he didn't do the Battle Rider ships so he's not sure, but that he doesn't think so.

That means that not all of the Battle Rider designs will come out quite right as FF&S designs. I have a lot of success getting them to come out pretty close, but the Rapier is one instance where I think a misdesign or a typo made the MG stats in Battle Rider impossible to reproduce. I've come as close as I can.

Otherwise, the Rapier comes out pretty well. It's a very tight design with little room to spare, but it works.
